We believe that the base drivetrain for the 2021 VW Atlas Tanoak will be a 3.6-liter V6. If not the standard offer, this engine fits perfectly to the class. In other vehicles, it delivers 275 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. Compared to the Tacoma, that is nearly the same level, as well as with Chevy Colorado. Ford Ranger is using a turbo-four as the only drivetrain, while other trucks have such engine in their offers too. VW has durable four-cylinder units, but for the first edition, the German company will go with a V6 only.
