The cabin will be upscale as well and optional features will equip this crossover to a luxury level. Under the hood, Venue will feature a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine. This unit comes with solid power but the main goal is great fuel efficiency. The 2021 Venue comes with a manual gearbox.

Powertrain Setup

Under the bonnet, all trim levels will ride on a 1.6-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine. This unit is borrowed from the Accent model. It comes with a standard 6-speed manual transmission. A CVT gearbox will be optional. The front-wheel-drive system is standard and all-wheel-drive will be optional. Small four-cylinder engine produces 121 horsepower and 113 lb-ft of torque.

On the other hand, the 2021 Hyundai Venue is not about power, but good fuel efficiency. And South Korean automaker managed exactly that. The 2021 Venue is rated at 33 mpg combined. Loading AWD configuration will lower fuel economy numbers, but not significantly.

2021 Hyundai Venue Design and Colors

The 2021 Hyundai Venue will compete in the subcompact crossover segment. This model will slot behind the Kona model and it will be five inches shorter. The 2021 Venue crossover will ride on a 99.2-inch wheelbase, which is relatively small. Smaller than the Accent model and shorter than Kona. Venue borrows some cues and elements from the larger company’s crossovers. That includes the headlights and daytime running lights. The venue comes with numerous high-contrast color schemes.

That includes colors such as Intense Blue, Denim, Green Apple and Scarlet Red. All mentioned paints can be paired with a white roof. The two-tone exterior color scheme also delivers white roof rails and side mirrors. Korean automaker offers 15-inch wheels as standard and 17-inch wheels as an option. The front fascia comes with a waterfall-shaped grille which is the highlight of the front end.

Stunning and Roomy Interior

Despite its compact dimensions, the 2021 Hyundai Venue will offer solid interior room. You can fit four adults inside the cabin with no problems at all. The rear seats are folded in a 60/40 configuration and cargo area is rated at 18.7 cubic feet. Folding the rear seats flat provides 31.9 cubic feet of cargo space. The cabin sports a black or gray cloth upholstery as standard. However, optional leather upholstery finished in Denim color looks very premium.
